This is my tummy, and other assorted details… It can be very sensitive to the touch. It is sensitive to a gentle lick or caress as well. I’m still working on getting a six pack to pop out one day. But in the mean time, it does stay pretty flat (most of the time). I’ve found that working out for 10-15 minutes a day for 6 days a week is enough to maintain my current body mass index. I just have to stay consistent. My primary diet is rice and fish (lots of sushi), and I drink 12 to 16 cups of clean water every day (no soda)! I also enjoy the occasional coffee or beer.
